-With tepid water, lather camphor cleanser between palms. Massage over face and throat; rinse. Pat skin dry.

-Use one pump of glycolic gel and apply to the entire face and under chin.

-Using a q-tip, apply bio treatment to blemish or breakout several times a day or as needed (shake well before using)

- apply a dime size amount of oil-free Vitamin B cream
